I'm an "SOB"... Son of a Broker...both Mom and Dad were real estate brokers. I grew up around the business. I got my first real estate license over thirty years ago. I have been a broker since 1986. Broker almost 20 years. Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS past MLS Committee chairman. Over 20 years experienc with MLS matters: Member and past chairman of the Panhandle Region MLS Committee Expert on MLS matters, Code of Ethics and agency policy.
