The Beginning
was conceived, designed, and founded in 1995 as a non-traditional and distinctive real estate business - a front-runner on the leading edge of modern business practices, technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We begin our 10th year - 2005 - with renewed energies and over 100 agents who are eager to exceed the expectations of our customers and clients.

Four founders united synergistic talents to create on common principles:
We believed then, and believe more firmly now that:

• The “traditional” real estate business deserves to be updated - and updated frequently - to keep pace with our clients and to keep leading the industry by using the best forward-looking business practices.
  
  
• All buyers, sellers, and agents are more than capable of making their own decisions - with guidance and advisement of the managing brokers if needed, but without any interference

Both of these principles are far removed from traditional real estate brokerages and they have created a market niche that responds to the buying and selling public as well as to real estate professionals.

Founders
Our company was founded in 1995, and continues to be guided and managed, by four individuals with diverse abilities and experience. These owners/shareholders serve on the Board of Directors with one unified target: the successful growth of our customer base, the success of our agents, and the growth of our company as we earn the respect of our client’s and colleagues for our company’s ethical leadership.

Owners/Brokers/ Shareholders/ Managers: Charles J. (Chuck) Licari and Robin D. (Rob) Davis
Both Chuck and Rob are Real Estate Professionals and Real Estate Brokers, with combined years of experience in all areas of real estate.
